We always try our best to ship your package as quickly as possible.
By means of a Track & trace code you can easily track your shipment.
Deliveries take up to 2-3 working days after you have placed your order.

Are the items you ordered and received not to your preference, or have you changed your mind? At ARLØT you can return the purchased products within 14 days following date of receipt.

Follow these simple steps for returning items:

  1. Open the Return form.
  2. Print the form.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Include the return-form with the item you’re sending back towards us.
  5. Return the item in the original ARLØT packaging.
  6. Pack the item in the originally delivered packaging.
  7. Cover your own address details with the label of the carrier that you have chosen. Make sure the package is closed well.
  8. Please do not damage or write on the packaging/box


You will receive a confirmation email after ARLØT has received the returned item(s).

*Return costs are at the expense of the customer. 

Return Conditions

The following conditions apply to returning items:

  • Items that have been used cannot be returned.
  • Please do not damage or write on the box.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with the tag or sticker still attached.
  • The return-form should be filled out completely and correctly and be included with the returned items.


ARLØT can require payment for items that have been damaged.

Exchanging Items

Exchanging our products is possible. Exchanging is only possible if the products have not been used, washed or worn. If you want to exchange an item for a similar item in a different size or color, return the item with the fully completed return form and clearly indicate which item you wish to exchange.
